ABOUT PAULA

Born and raised in Frederick city, my most memorable moments were when friends and family were gathered around the table. In launching Gourmet with Paula Catering, my goal has always been to provide my brides and clients an event with not only delectable whole food cuisine, but an experience that encompasses true hospitality with an artistic flair.

My company has become known for its artistic play on comfort food and our dramatic displays and presentation. Our unique ingredients are delivered fresh, acquired and prepared from scratch for your event only. Our cuisine guests can identify with, yet will surprise and enlighten.

Realizing that any affair is a production whether you are having the wedding of your dreams, a corporate auction charity, or a simple occasion of celebration…my experienced team of staff and I will help facilitate and manage your event insuring that the progression of the function runs smooth from start to finish.

Gourmet with Paula Catering is a full service catering company providing tables, chairs, linens, china etc. for your day. Building rapport with my clients, planning and sharing ideas and visions with you for your occasion is my passion. Let’s celebrate!
